These sites provide an abundance of beautiful fire coral, sponges, and car-sized coral heads. Possible sightings include large pelagic animals such as sea turtles, manta rays, hammerheads, spotted dolphins, silkies, nurse sharks and whale sharks. These sea animals use the Sanctuary for daily or seasonal activities such as feeding , schooling , or sleeping.

Ocean Impact is very fortunate to dive the Flower Gardens close to the annual coral spawn which attracts whale sharks and mantas. Divers have a good chance to dive with these gentle giants of the sea.

Sail the Avalon into crystal blue waters and dive into the depths for an up-close look at some of nature's most exotic marine life. This trip is perfect for non-divers as well as divers. Interesting activities include diving, snorkeling, shelling, deep sea fishing, and beach-combing.

One sample of the many dive sites within the Bimini Chain is Bull Run, where you observe your dive-master feed Caribbean Reef Sharks, Nurse Sharks, and Black Grouper. Other adventurous dive sites offer wrecks, reefs, and drift diving.
